In high season (July/August), arrivals are on Saturdays or Sundays for stays of at least 7 nights. For pitch-only bookings, arrivals are on Wednesdays, Saturdays or Sundays. In low season, arrival days are flexible and short stays (from 2 nights) are possible.

Check-in is from 4 pm for holiday rentals and 2 pm for camping pitches.
Check-out must be by 10 am for holiday rentals and 12 noon for camping pitches.

If you expect to arrive late, please let us know by phone or email the day before. You can collect an envelope addressed to you from the board outside reception. Inside, you will find a map of the campsite showing the way to your accommodation. The following morning, please come to reception before 11.00 am to check in.

Our accommodation can accommodate between 1 and 8 people, depending on the type chosen. For your safety and comfort, the stated maximum capacity must not be exceeded under any circumstances (including babies).

The balance for your stay must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival. For last-minute bookings (less than 30 days before the start of your stay), full payment is required at the time of booking.

The security deposit must be paid via our partner Swikly only. You will receive a secure deposit request by email or text message 7 days before your arrival. All you need to do is confirm this request online. This method avoids the hassle of cheques, bank transfers or funds being blocked on your credit card.

We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), cash, bank transfers, holiday vouchers (ANCV), Google Pay and Apple Pay.

For hygiene reasons and in accordance with current regulations, only standard swimwear (swim briefs or swim boxers) is permitted. Swimming shorts, Bermuda shorts and underwear are not allowed in the pool area. A swimwear vending machine is available on site.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the site for an additional charge. You can choose the package that suits you either online or at reception. The price varies depending on the number of devices connected and the length of your stay. A free Wi-Fi hotspot is available at the campsite reception.

Yes, dogs are welcome on our pitches and in our holiday rentals (subject to an additional charge and excluding categories 1 and 2).

The campsite is ideally situated about a 15-minute walk from the beach. You can easily reach it on foot or by bike via the safe paths through the forest.

To help you travel light, we offer a hire service for bed linen, towels, baby kits (cot, high chair), barbecues, and an end-of-stay cleaning package. Please feel free to add these when you book.

Bed linen and towels are included in our Prestige package.

The schedule is displayed every week at reception, on the Cool'n Camp mobile app, at the bar and in the toilet blocks. You’ll find all our activities there (kids’ clubs, sports tournaments, themed evenings) so you can plan your days just the way you like!

Yes, the indoor pool is heated from the moment the campsite opens, and the outdoor pool area is heated from 8 May.

Absolutely. You can use our gym freely with your access card, and the steam room is available in 15-minute slots, which must be booked at the campsite reception (not available to under-16s).
